The A-Team is a diverse, women-owned firm that specializes in supporting progressive organizations in achieving their mission. The A-Team is purposefully small, yet extremely effective – our decades of front-line fundraising and genuine, well-maintained connections drive our sense of integrity, efficiency, and productivity. Our team utilizes an equity and justice framework, which centers all of our work around intentionally and authentically engaging diverse people and communities, in particular communities of color. Promoting this framework not only informs our work, it helps organizations examine their own practices and goals for inclusion.

Robin McQueen

Robin McQueen is senior executive-level fundraiser with over 25 years of diverse experience in strategic planning, fund development, communications, management and operations. Robin has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations nationally. She has managed wide-ranging internal and external responsibilities, including strategy, project and relationship management, as well as administration, human capital and financial administration with a proven track record in individual, foundation and corporate fundraising.
